I've figured it out ... very simple.

First time I attempted to refer to "dt" in a model, I received an error. I've gone and tried again, this time referring to "DT" and it worked....

Subject: Simplify the graphical representation of flows - by: Mo

This is a request for the changing the way that flows are graphically depicted in Sphinx SD to coincide with the simpler representation common in most other SD tools.

The first graphic below shows how Sphinxes currently depicts a flow between stocks. The second shows a simpler depiction and is implemented in other SD tools like iThink, Vensim, and MyStrategy.

Hi,

Is there a way to refer to the time differential 'dt' in a formula?

I'm trying to use it to simulate a complete instantaneous draining of a stock (by using expression 'stock/dt').

Thanks...

Are there any plans to implement an interactive mode to simulations? It would be great to be able to step through the simulation and change the value of parameters 'in flight'....

Any estimate on when function descriptions will be available? They do not appear on the manual. Seems that non-obvious ones should be documented.

Thanks,
